Hi, I’m Scott. I hold degrees in physical therapy, strength & conditioning, and exercise & sports sciences, with over 20 years experience in sports and exercise medicine and fitness training, for both elite athletes and general population clients.

Through my work, education and personal study, I’ve developed a passion for optimising human performance and wellbeing. My goal is developing human perception, thought, movement and resilience.
