  • Keep the room cool
  • Follow the 9:3:1 rule
  • Discover your chronotype
  • Use light to your advantage
  • Supplement with magnesium
  • Use the app “Sleep Cycle” as an alarm
  • Maintain a consistent sleep/wake schedule

5) Avoid poison

This doesn’t have to be complicated. Avoid exposure to:

  • Mercury in certain fish
  • Processed sugars and foods
