Can’t sleep!

I set up this blog this evening. Something I’ve been meaning to do for quite a while.

I’ve been sharing my knowledge on various social media platforms for over 10 years and have never got round to amalgamation of it all in one place. I guess that is because I’m somewhat of a procrastinator (something I will likely blog on soon and often)…

I don’t know it it is because I’m excited to finally begin this blog; or because it’s a long weekend so I have spent the last few days drinking more than the health guidelines recommend, sleeping late to try to make up for my indiscretions (something in my professional opinion you can not do) and/or because I didn’t expend enough enter today… but I can not sleep.

Designed to help the body with cellular energy and cardiovascular endurance.

So, I am going to listen to a guided meditation by Sam Harris and see if that settles my mind.

Sam has two versions, a short (9 minute) and a longerer (26 minutes) version
